Parkview Square

Parkview Square

Type: Commercial Building

Rising with the grandeur of a bygone era, Parkview Square stands as an ode to Art Deco architecture. Defined by its dark granite façade, sculptural form, and gilded bronze detailing, the landmark carries a quiet gravitas that draws one in instinctively.

Within, richly veined marble, burnished bronze, and sculptural figures unfold beneath soaring ceilings, lending the grand lobby a cinematic presence.

On the fifteenth floor, a more intimate world reveals itself. Conceived for thoughtful dialogue and creative exchange, the EightyTwo office reflects the same restraint that guides the homes it creates. Each design approach is guided by a sensitivity to light, texture, and spatial harmony, with materiality and subtle tonal variation shaping the experience of space.

Soft jazz drifts through the room, accompanied by a subtle scent that lingers. A sculptural marble counter anchors the lounge, its lighter palette offering a contrast to the darker, more dramatic character of the building beyond. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, setting the tone for daily interactions.

Pocket views offer glimpses of the conference room, where layered materials lend depth and warmth to the setting. Natural light filters across textured surfaces, casting shifting patterns that change with the hour. This is where perspectives are exchanged, possibilities explored, and ideas refined before finding their final expression.

Muted tones, tactile materials, and softened light create an environment that feels calm and focused. Conversations move naturally between spaces, where material samples, sketches, and discussions form part of the daily rhythm.

Further within, the mood becomes more introspective. Composed, resolute, and unhurried, the room is shaped for quiet focus and reflection.
